immunizations to bring home the reality of what ALL of us have to look
forward to with the passage of the Health Care Bill (unless, of
course, you're one of our elite government leaders). Depressing, gray
brick building; dreary waiting room; surprisingly, the staff at this
government office was friendly and efficient (an anomaly, I'd say).
At least I was there by choice and not without alternatives (we are
currently on a catastrophic insurance plan and therefore paying out of
pocket for immunizations, so I shopped around for the least expensive
vaccines-- another luxury none of us will enjoy much longer.
Oh yeah , and then we spent the next little while waiting in line at
the post office. Unfortunately we didn't get to go to the DMV, too.
If you really believe that government healthcare is going to be a good
thing, go spend a day in any one of these fine establishments.
I hope and pray that we as a people will speak up-- and that it won't
be too late to take back our government.
I would feel much more discouraged without the gospel perspective,
knowing that God will accomplish His purposes regardless of what men
may do. It may just be that much more challenging for us in the
meantime.

Jane told me she had owies the other night---she is such a doll---Cami and I had so much fun playing with her--and her cute, sweet brothers. We'll get to experience the health clinic this week for Cami's immunizations for Thailand.
Great post. I have been so disappointed in our democracy lately that I've completely stopped listening to current events. You're right, we need to do something, or what's left of our small freedom's may be completely gone in no time. How did we ever let this happen? (I can make so many comments on this) Anyway, I appreciated your post. Miss you guys!
