1st Day of School!

For the first year ever, I totally get why moms look forward to school starting. While I will miss swimming and BBQs, I won't miss the craziness of balancing house work with yard work with four kids, and everything in between.Ethan is actually very excited-- he's just annoyed that I stopped him for a picture. He couldn't wait to cruise on up to the new neighborhood school on his bike. Reid was so giddy he couldn't stop smiling. Reid's friends and former soccer team mates Joslyn and Trek are in his class! As well as Madison (not in this pic.)

Austin and Alex are Ethan and Reid's buddies who live down the street.

Luke can't wait for his preschool classes to start next week, but he plays so well on his own that he's had fun here at home with me the past two days. I'm just trying to get the house back in order now that the tornado of summer has passed.
