Friday night, my friends Natalie, Erin, & Kathy threw a dinner party that was as delicious as it was beautiful. You've got to see the pics... I met these three girls last August when we came out to interview and knowing them is what has made this move very easy for us. What a blessing to become instant friends with such great people and their families!
Saturday morning Derek made me breakfast and dressed the kids by 6:45 am! Yummy fruit and waffles. We had to be at the church by 7 for a Stake Service Day. We spent the morning doing yard work with ward friends.
Saturday afternoon we attended the baptism of a great young couple whom Derek home teaches-- how neat to see how the gospel is changing their life.
Saturday evening-- Derek had arranged for a baby sitter and made plans with friends to go to Tri-Cities for dinner at PF Changs! Yummy!
I feel so loved and am so blessed with a wonderful family and fantastic friends-- both near and far. Thanks to all of you for the birthday wishes and making my day so great!
Don't worry, Ethan was filming this as I was driving :)
I love it, Jane has been singing to me all week!
