This year I'm going to record many of the sweet things that Derek does to show that he loves me. This morning as I celebrated MLK day by sleeping in (7:30 is late around here!) and snuggling two of my babies in our soft, cozy bed, he dressed and left for work while the light was dim and it was freezing cold outside. Derek has NEVER complained about the fact that he is the one who goes to work to support our family. It is true, being a stay-at-home mom is incredibly demanding. But how can you not love your job when your bosses have such sweet little faces? I truly appreciate that Derek has afforded me the opportunity to do what we feel is best for our family.
